Description
Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 575 attorneys in 17 offices and 9 states plus Washington D.C., seeks an attorney with 2-5 years of transactional experience in privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA. This candidate may reside in any of the 17 FBT markets. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with respect to privacy and data security provisions in agreements. A successful candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and having the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear terms is also a must. Successful applicants must have a good academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. For applicants physically based in California and Colorado, a reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $180,000–$252,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Associates are eligible for a quarterly objective and an annual subjective bonus.
