PMB Services is a family-owned and operated portfolio of companies that help serve the everyday needs of consumers and companies alike. PMB provides vertically integrated products, customizable solutions, and personal engagement to all their customers across their portfolio of offerings ranging from rent-to-own programs for portable storage buildings, trailers, and furniture to industrial equipment leasing. Based in Paris, TN, the leadership team of PMB takes pride in a culture that works hard to provide access to resources that improve the lives of people across the Southeast and beyond.

PMB is a locally owned and operated family business established in 1984. With over 40 years in business, we are committed to providing a great workplace environment for our employees with thorough, hands-on training and support. • Vacation pay: 40 hours after 90 days of employment, 80 hours after 1 year of employment, 120 hours after 5 years of employment.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at the rate of 4 hours per month (6 days a year). Maximum 160 hours of PTO can be carried over annually.
• Paid Holidays- New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
